Terms of service
- Bley.Art retains all copyright ownership of the artwork. The client receives a personal use license, which includes: printing for personal use, posting on social media with credits, and using as wallpaper or avatar. Any commercial exploitation without prior agreement is prohibited.
- Payment is accepted via PayPal, Binance, or Vgen. If using PayPal, payment will be made via invoice.
- All pieces will bear my signature, which may not be removed or cropped out.
- To begin the commission, a 50% deposit of the total price is required. Full payment upfront is also accepted. The deposit percentage is negotiable in special cases.
- Major changes are only accepted during the sketch phase. After that, extra fees will apply for modifications.
- The time to complete the illustration may vary depending on complexity. Please understand if external circumstances cause slight delays.
- The client must maintain constant communication. If the client does not respond for one week, the commission will be archived.
- Please provide as many references as possible.
- I reserve the right to display the commission on my social media. If confidentiality is required, an additional fee will be arranged. The commission may also be used as a sample of my work.
- Proper credit must be given wherever the client posts the commission, whether by tagging me, linking to my social media, or mentioning my name.
- If you cancel before work has begun, 70% of the payment received will be refunded. Once the commission has started (sketch approved), there are no refunds.
- Using my art to train AI, as well as using it as an NFT, is strictly prohibited.
- The artwork will be sent via email (Gmail) as a JPG at 72 DPI. If you need the file for printing, please notify me so I can prepare it appropriately.
- Detailed accessories, pets, and detailed backgrounds will incur an additional cost.
- You may not generate income from the artwork in any way unless the commercial license is purchased. This license is 300% of the final artwork price.
- These Terms of Service are considered accepted once the first payment is made.
- Tips are welcome.
Process
1. The client will read the ToS.
2. The client must decide what kind of commission wants.
3. The client will send all the references as posible.
4. After the refferences, the total amount will be set.
5. The first payment will be done in case the client wants a 50% charge.
6. BleyArt will start the sketch phase of the commission.
7. In all the process, updates of the art piece going to be sended, it is on the sketch phase when all the changes must be done.
8. After the sketch phase, comes the rendering. More updates going to be send.
9. Once the art is finished, the last payment must be done.
10. Provide an email to send the high res. image.
