Terms of service

- Bley.Art reserves full rights to the work produced.
- Payment via PayPal or Binance.
- All the pieces will have my signature you can’t erase it.
- 50% can be charged after having the initial thumbnail sketch. The other 50% can be charged after finishing the drawing. Or you can pay all at once.
- Don't send payment until I confirm your order.
- Any changes are accepted only in the sketch phase.
- The time that the illustration can be finished may vary depending on difficulty. Please, understand if some external cause makes me take a little longer.
- Feel free to print your commission, just don't resell it.
- Try to maintain constant communication.
- Adjunct the most quantity of references as possible.
- The artwork can be used to give examples of my art.
- Give credits where published (you can find my social networks here).
- No refunds.
- Don’t use the drawing as a NFT.
- The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as their own or sell it.
- The drawing will be sent via G-mail.
- Tips are welcome.
- Background will be more expensive depending on difficulty.
- If you want more than one character, you will have a 10% discount on the total amount of characters :D.
- Super detailed props will cost a little bit more.
- You can’t make money off of it in any way unless you pay the commercial fee.
- A commercial use will add an 300% extra fee to the final price.
- Simplistic props, backgrounds, animals, and other such elements come free.Do:
- Oc.
- Canon
- Children.
- Animals.
- Real people.
- Furry.
- Character sheet.
- Cartoon.
- Celshading.
- NSFW.
- A lot of other things :).Don’t:
- Politics.
- Hate speech.
- Things that I’m not agree with.
